1. Who we are
JustGoViral ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and the JustGoViral service. We act as the data controller for personal data we collect about you. You can reach us at justgoviral@proton.me.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, login credentials and profile details (brand, niche, notes).
- Content data: hooks, scripts, formats and items you save in the app.
- Usage data: generation counts, browser fingerprint, device identifiers, IP address, pages viewed.
- Support data: messages you send us.
- Payment data: handled by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We receive only the subscription status and customer reference, not card details.
3. Why we use it
- To create and operate your account (legal basis: contract).
- To provide the service and personalize it to your brand (contract).
- To prevent fraud, abuse and enforce trial limits (legitimate interests).
- To improve our product and fix bugs (legitimate interests).
- To respond to support requests (contract / legitimate interests).
- To send transactional emails (contract); marketing emails only with your consent.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
4. Who we share data with
- Paddle.com Market Limited — our Merchant of Record for the sale of subscriptions, payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Hosting and backend providers — to store and serve your data.
- AI model providers we use to generate content from your prompts.
- Email providers for transactional and notification emails.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities when required by law.
We never sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to safeguard your data.
6. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we must retain it for legal, tax or accounting purposes.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email justgoviral@proton.me. We respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege backend keys, audit logging) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and enforce free-trial limits. We do not currently use marketing cookies.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
