How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Open the order and request a refund, or contact Paddle support directly from there.
3. Alternatively, email us at justgoviral@proton.me with your order details and we'll help.

Refunds are typically issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account ("Manage subscription") or via paddle.net. After cancellation you keep access until the end of your current billing period and won't be charged again.
