These Terms are an agreement between you and JustGoViral ("JustGoViral", "we", "us"). They govern your use of our website and the JustGoViral service (the "Service").
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind it. You must be of legal age in your country.
JustGoViral helps creators generate hooks, scripts and content formats using AI, and save what works. Features may evolve over time.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
You are responsible for your prompts, how you use outputs, verifying their accuracy, and having the rights to any content you input. AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional advice. We may filter, refuse, or remove outputs and may suspend accounts for repeated misuse. Subject to our rights and applicable law, you own the outputs you generate from your inputs; you grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to provide the Service.
If you believe content infringes your rights, email justgoviral@proton.me with details and we will review takedown requests. Repeated infringers will have their accounts terminated.
JustGoViral, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is owned by us and protected by IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms and our Refund Policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or via paddle.net.
We work hard to keep the Service available and useful, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every requirement. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not permit such limitation.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may stop using and cancel the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export your saved data within 30 days of cancellation, after which we may delete it.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's principal place of business, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts there, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
